Saggar Fired Pots

My new saggar fired pots are wheel thrown from earthenware clay and bisque fired to 1000 C.
They are then treated with chemicals and fired in a foil saggar with metals and organic matter. Then wood fired in a garden incinerator.
They are cleaned and waxed to give a lovely satin sheen. Each pot is 'wabi sabi' in nature and very tactile.

PLEASE NOTE:
These pots are purely decorative in function, they are not suitable for food  or for holding liquids.  If you wish to use them for flowers then a glass container could be placed inside the pot.
